                     เรื่องแรก คือ ระยะเวลาที่ใช้ในการอบรมระบบแฟรนไชส์ ควรแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วนหลัก คือ
            1. การอบรมให้กับเจ้าของผู้ลงทุน
            2. การอบรมสำหรับพนักงานประจำร้าน

                       สำหรับผู้ที่ลงทุนต้องการให้เน้นในเรื่องของการบริหารงานโดยรวม เพราะการเป็นเจ้าของธุรกิจมีเรื่องราวเกี่ยวข้องมากมาย นักลงทุนบางท่านอาจยังไม่เคยเป็นผู้ประกอบการมาก่อน อาจไม่เข้าใจถึงจิตวิญญาณของความเป็นเถ้าแก่ ภาระที่ต้องรับผิดชอบ งานที่ต้องดูแลตั้งแต่งานที่ใช้แรงงานจนถึงงานเอกสาร สิ่งที่ไม่เคยทำจะต้องมาทำเมื่อสวมตำแหน่งเถ้าแก่ ดังนั้นการเตรียมความพร้อม การสร้างความเข้าใจ และวิธีการทำงานที่มีรูปแบบชัดเจน ช่วงเวลาการอบรมอาจใช้เวลาประมาณ 1 หรือ 2 อาทิตย์ ถ้าธุรกิจมีความซับซ้อนอาจต้องใช้ระยะเวลามากกว่าหนึ่งเดือน หรือมีการฝึกหัดในร้านค้าจริง สำหรับธุรกิจทั่วไปการวางหลักสูตรอบรมเป็นระยะเวลาประมาณสองอาทิตย์ อาจถือได้ว่าเพียงพอที่จะสร้างแนวคิดของการเป็นเถ้าแก่มือใหม่ได้

                    เรื่องที่สอง นอกจากการอบรมแบบนักบริหารแล้ว การอบรมเพื่อการสร้างความเข้าใจงาน ด้านเทคนิค วิธีการลงมือทำในเนื้องาน การผลิต และการให้บริการ แม้ธุรกิจบางอย่างมีการจ้างทีมงานเข้ามาช่วยทำ ตัวผู้ลงทุนต้องเรียนรู้และทำความเข้าใจไปด้วย เพื่อควบคุมและเข้าใจธุรกิจได้เป็นอย่างดี วิธีที่จะทำให้เกิดความเข้าใจในตัวงานและเทคนิคการทำงาน ต้องอาศัย ทักษะ คือ ต้องลงมือทำจริงจึงจะเกิดความเข้าใจได้ดีที่สุด การฝึกงานจริงเป็นเรื่องจำเป็นสำหรับเถ้าแก่และทีมงานตัวจริงต้องฝึก และต้องมีการประเมินผล โดยมุ่งเน้นว่าเมื่อฝึกแล้วต้องทำงานจริงได้
